Who shows? Their horses?

Who shows horses%26gt; i have a 12 year old Warmblood gelding who is a dressage horse but we will go show english pleasure and have fun, He's a bright Red Sorrel horse with no markings on him but a cresent moon and a small strip that runs down his face :) His name is Red=Dog





I also have a 3 year old AQHA gelding that is a western pleasure horse, he's out of a congress championship stud and a point earner mare by Iron Maker and the dad is a zips chocolate chip stud. He is a dark bay with a star and snip along with a white sock on his left hind ankel his name is George hopefully congress next year with him :)

i have 2 Thoroughbred eventers and show one of them in hand he is a dark bay and his name is midnight blue.


my daughter has a new forest pony he is a chestnut with a white face and four white socks and he is called beaus treasure his sire is a prize winning stallion
Reply:I show a bay OTTB gelding, Charlie, in hunter/jumper for most of the summer. We did a 4' oxer in a hunter class, not seen every day! He is 11 years old, but as a TB, wouldn't know it!





I also show two APHA mares, Live to Laugh and Dare to Dance. They are both black/white overo. Lily is 7 and competes in low point reining classes, and Dreamer is 11 and does high pointed cutting classes.





And I teach several ten year olds who all show W/T (nothing is cuter, really) and short stirrup classes.
Reply:I used to show my horse in hunter/jumpers when I was younger. Now we just go for trail rides.
Reply:I do barrel racing, with a AQHA. and pony gallops with a paint.


(it's like the old fashion cowboy races, as fast as you can for a 100 yard dash). But i don't do that alot.


I wish I did dressage, or show jumping...that would be the best!

The horse i show for my teacher is a retired championship barrel racer, a quarter horse mare named Foxy. She's dark brown with impressive muscles and black mane and tail. She is the best horse in the world, the smartest, but with the most attitude ;)
Reply:i don't show but i game, which is also known as patterned horse racing! it is so much dang fun! my horse is 3 and she also has the famed Biankus and Jet Deck. my favorite events are stake, keg, poles, 2 barrel flags, texas roll-back, and international flag.
Reply:I showed as a young kid. Ropeing and pening is what I am working in now. I also have a Morgan mare that I will be in driving classes with this year. She's just out of training
Reply:Not really an answer to your question - just curious as to what sire your gelding is by. I noticed your name ZipandRich - is he a Rich N Chocolatey?. I only ask as I worked for BPQH for about 8 years and we stood Zippo Pine Bar, Chip and Rich. When Zippo died and the Perry's sold the ranch, I then worked for Joe and Suzy Jeane at Down The Rail and we moved Chip, Rich and Radical Rodder with us. I actually have a model Chip that Ann Myers (Chip's owner and breeder) gave me that she and Cleve Wells signed. Anyway just being nosy and it's so good to hear that Zippo's legacy is carried on with such great minded WP prospects.

Reply:I have a halflinger pony who is exellente with dressage. We do three day eventing , and just dressage shows. His name is Lator Gator(7 age).





I also have a thoroughbred gelding, whose about 6. We do 3 day eventing also. His name is Punk. We show undre Punk and Punkette.
Reply:i show my 17.2 chestnut Hanoverian gelding in high children/adult jumpers, schooling jumper, open adult equation and sometimes in the open adult hunters (B circuit shows) .. the last show we were in we also did a $500 gamblers choice class and got 4th and won some money. when i first got him we showed on the A circuit in childrens hunters and low jumpers and junior eq. classes.
Reply:I'm not currently showing while healing from past injuries, but have shown a lot before that. I WAS going to show in quadrille when I wrecked. Before that, I showed for years in dressage, first with a qh/tb cross, then a qh, then an arab. I also showed in arab halter, qh halter, showmanship, wp, ep, barrels, poles, equitation, horsemanship, hunter, trail, saddleseat and drill team. I still have my show horses and hope to get back to it some day. I have two purebred arab mares, , one half arab mare, a pinto half arab gelding, a quarab gelding, a mutt, and a qh stallion.

I compete is WP, HUS, driving, trail, showmanship, halter with the mules and





my son competes in WP, driving, trail, showmanship, halter with his mule.





I show the donkey in driving and he shows the donk is WP and donkey barrel racing !!!! :)

Reply:I have a 10yr old appaloosa gelding named Heir Cals Rascal and he went to worlds with me three years ago and we were in third place in hunter under saddle. I also have a 3 yr old appy filly named Gem of a Dream and she is greenbroke western pleasure. I show an American miniature named Minute Man and he qualified for nationals but I decided not to take him. I also have an appy gelding named Mighty Chippaflight, his grandsire is Mighty Andrew, who we are selling as a dressage, gaming, or jumping gelding. He has too much forward movement to do the pleasure even English. I show a yearling appy filly named Sucha Perfect tart and she is a spit fire, her dad would play with 10ft cherry tone timbers and she does all of that and gets out of her stall all of the time I love her to deatht hough.
Reply:i have a 9 yr old appy but looks quarter has no spots he is bright red to but turns lighter in summer i am going to start western pleasure with him and barrel racing his name is red has good blood lines his grandfather was world grand chamion and reds dad was grand chamion they went too shows and rodeos and then we have a 12 yr old quarter horse and he loves to barrel race and shows halter class both of the horses do i love showing and barrels red when i first showed him in halter he got third place then i missed a couple of yrs showing and got second place red is my horse and sonny is my moms horse red has a lot of muscles and loves trail riding and he is little fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
